Sr. SVC2 Consultant

Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Sr. SVC2 Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM, SAP Sales & Service Cloud (SVC2/C4C), and Utilities domain projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, integration, support, and configuration activities within SAP Utilities environments.
• The candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, assessments, workshops, testing, and project delivery across multiple SAP platforms. This role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with global teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable SAP solutions
• Participate in solutioning, design workshops, assessments, and documentation activities
• Configure SAP Sales & Service Cloud (SVC2/C4C) solutions based on business requirements
• Support implementation, enhancement, and AMS support activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and issue resolution
• Participate in system testing, QA activities, and end-user training
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration initiatives
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM / SVC2 Consultant
• Strong experience in Energy / Utilities domain
• Hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud (V1 or V2) implementation projects
• Must have worked on at least 1 implementation project in SAP Service Cloud
• Experience with Service Cloud add-on for Utilities is preferred
• Good understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes
• Strong hands-on experience in Sales & Service Cloud configurations
• Experience working on integrations between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA or ECC

Technical & Functional Expertise

Experience in:

1. SVC2 Layouts
2. Business Roles
3. Code List Mapping
4. ID Mapping
5. KUTs (Key User Tools)

Strong configuration experience in:

1. Customer Service processes
2. Business Master Data
3. Front Office operations
4. Utilities business processes
5. Move-In / Move-Out processes
6. Disconnection and Reconnection processes

SAP Utilities Integration Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating C4C/SVC2 with SAP IS-U modules including:

1. Device Management
2. Billing
3. FICA

• Experience working on:

1. Service Order scenarios
2. Notification scenarios in C4C-S4 Utilities environments
3. BPEM Case integration and testing with C4C

Additional Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting issues and providing production support
• Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Flexible to work on both Implementation and AMS projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members
• Experience mentoring junior consultants
• Must have completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects
• SAP Utilities certification will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
