Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Guide and mentor junior developers to improve code quality, architecture, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
