Devops Engineer

Requirements

• We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment reliability, and optimize cloud costs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana
• Implement logging, alerting, and incident response processes
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and security hardening
• Optimize AWS costs and resource utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, ELB, Auto Scaling, Lambda, EKS
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / CloudFormation
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
• Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or Bash
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools: CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers)
• Experience with Git version control
