Java Tech Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to improve code quality, architecture, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in technology and recommend tools/processes for continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of delivery timelines and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies And Jasper Framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Good knowledge of databases – both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage team interactions and client discussions.
