SharePoint & Power Platform Developer -FTE

• We are looking for an experienced and proactive SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with proven experience in SharePoint Online migrations using ShareGate, PowerShell scripting, and PowerApps development. The ideal candidate will also have strong client-facing skills to actively participate in daily stand-up calls, communicate technical updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development 
• Proven expertise in ShareGate for SharePoint content and site migrations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation and configuration tasks.
• Experience designing and deploying custom business applications using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI integration with SharePoint or PowerApps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and overall Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker Associate, SharePoint Developer Associate, etc.).
• Knowledge of modern SharePoint frameworks (SPFx) and REST APIs is a plus
